Clue Scroll Help

i need help on a clue scroll its a level 2 one and this is what it looks like



i checked tip.it and it said ''On the eastern side of the path that leads from sinclair mansion to Fremennik Province (Rellekka).''
I went there and tryed but didnt dig anything up im sure i tried the exact spot. any help guys?

Nope because it didnt have co-ords on it

You only need that for co-ords.

You must be digging in the wrong place.

I looked on the clue scroll and the area i was in matched the one on the clue scroll

Ive done this one.. took me AGESSS to find. Try further up the path, i was looking in the wrong spot.
