though this is a while back I think big brovaz was well under rated.

I think Rooney are underrated.. And a load of other bands but I cant be bothered to name them all. (American HI-FI, Whitmore etc..)

A lot of rnb acts are severely underrated. People often just think "oh it's rnb, can't like it, must be talentless", but it really isn't.
