• Red = Trading UNDER Habbox's guide price.
• Blue = Trading AT Habbox's guide price.
• Green = Trading ABOVE Habbox's guide price.

Shadow Screen:

• 1.0CS - Three time's.
• The shadow screen is easily brought for 1CS, to me it look's like it's going back down to 1.0CS.

Holoboy:

• 1.5CS - Once
• 1.7CS - Twice
• 2.0CS - Once
• The Holoboy from what i have seen is trading above the Habbox guide price, if you find the right buyer you can still get 2CS For one, to me it look's like it's going up a LITTLE.

White Pillow:

• 1.5CS - Twice
• I have noticed this rare being sold at 1.5CS mark again, the buyer paid 3HC for two, then i seen this again. The white pillow seems to be quite popular atm and it looks like its on the rise to 1.5CS.

Orange Parasole:

• 4.5CS - Once
• 5.0CS - Once
• Seen an orange parasole sold for 3 Alian Arifact's in a shop, the buyer was in need of them and didnt mind selling if for less, then i sold one sell for 5CS in a casino. I can see this rare dropping just a little.

Bonnie's Pillow:

• 1.0CS - Twice
• From what i have seen this rare is rising in price (1CS), Seen two people offer 1CS per each one in a trade room.

STABLE RARES

Majestic Chair: 3.0CS : Twice
Monolith: 3.5CS : Once
Linking IMPS: 1.0CS : Twice
Throne: 27.0CS : Once
Study Desk: 1.0CS : Once

Overall from what i have seen i havent noticed many change's with the rare value's, nearly everything is trading at it's guide price. Thank's Zatley.
