i was on habbo for about 30 mins just talking in the publics

about 1 hour later i got ip banned
can any1 help me

Yeah, you have to send an email to GSC (Guest Services Centre) and find out why you was banned first of all, but you can only do this after you have being banned for 7 days, if you do it before they'll ask you to email back later
Goto http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/contact and select "Why am I banned?" from the drop-down menu -- Within 1 - 3 days you should receive an email telling you why you was banned

If you think the ban was unfair e-mail them again with the same address (http://www.habbohotel.co.uk/habbo/en/help/contact) but this time select "Something Else" from the drop-down menu. Habbo will send you an email asking you to reply with your querie, once you have done this you can expect a reply with 3 days.
