Firstly you cant get free layout for invision free but you can edit the css and I would go for Invision

phpBB is open-source, free, and just plain awesome. It's easily customizable, and is easy to use. IB is a lot harder for a new message board user to use.

Get non InvisionFree free IPB Board.

IPB is WAY better than phpBB. But InvisionFree is worst then phpBB.
