Yes, it is for Spring. Put your mouse over the pictures for a couple of seconds and you'll get things like "Spring Still" and "Spring". Here's some pictures of the green!

Can you elaborate?

if you mean the homepage, then its possibly to do with spring, check a previous thread.
If you mean your actual habbo window, then its possible a glitch.
