You got vbulletin?
If so go to footer. Then put in

if it is vBUlletin go;
AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Site Name / URL / Contact Details and go to where it says "Copyright Text" and you can enter it there.. exacly liek the above but with teh hassle of going through templates.
Occasionally visit and have a nose.
