to get to blue drags you need a key...

to get the key walk though the dugeon till you get to the bridge that has chaos dwarves and poision sorpions on - instead of go over the bridge go strait on to hill giants then into balck knight fortress thing go to jail-cells kill guard open door talk to guy get key - go over bridge past dwarves and past lessers to door use key on door

Go south from Taverly, onto a patch of dead trees. Climb down the ladder. And this basically tells you.

Like shenk said, you need a key from the jailer if you dont already have. Go south, kill the jailer, and talk to the prisoner for the key.
