Here is my rare value report of what I have seen in the past few days, Ill use colour coding to make it easier.

[Throne]

29.5 [5 Times]
30HC [6 Times]

The throne has always been a very popular rare which has continued to rise slowly, people dont seem to have any problem to pay an extra 1/2HC over the habbox price.

[Black Monolith]

3.0 [6 Times]

This rare doesnt seem to be as popular, not many people want to pay 3.5 for it unless they are desperate, many people find it hard to sell at 3.5 and settle for 3HC or 3.0 unpure.

[Holoboy + Hologirl]

2.0 [7 Times]
2.5 [3 Times]

These 2 rares have been around for a very long time and they are still very popular! not very easy to find and as they are slowly increasing in value people are willing to pay more for it, in my opinion they may keep rising.

[Snowglobe]

2.0 [8 Times]
1.5 [4 Times]

With Xmas coming up the snowglobe is rising some people are willing to pay 2.0 for it however some people are not, probably because of the distraction of halloween but i think once halloween is out the of the way this will rise to 3.0 and people will start stocking up on them!

[Linking Imperials]

1.0 [9 Times]

These are a popular HC rare as they are the only rare teleporters, worth 1.0 everyone seems to pay it at this price this is a good rare and i doubt it will go any lower than this.

[Purple Pillow]

1.0 [6 Times]
0.8 [3 Times]

The purple pillow is fairly popular and not a bad rare moving up from 0.8 to 1.0 people seem to buy and sell this for roughly 1HC.

[Russian Samovar]

2.5 [1 Time]
2.0 [4 Times]

The russian samovar seems to be getting less popular lately not many people were willing to pay 3hc for it and people were even accepting 2hcs for it.

[Throne Sofa]

2.5 [1 Time]
2.3 [3 Times]
2.0 [14 Times]

With the throne sofa at 2.3 most people are selling and buying for just 2hcs or 2.0 not many people offer 2.3 or more for it.

With the black dragon flying in and out of the rare section in the catalogue making it harder to get your hands on one, people are selling from anything between 3hc-7hc per dragon although most people seem to pay around 4.0
