The Hotel Manager normally links the release of rares to the season or an event that's running in the hotel, there's so many rares we can't predict that a specific one will be released. You say the White Roller will come out very shortly plazzy but it's been available since the release of v9 and wasn't out last Christmas, they may keep it as an unreleased rare.

There's other rares far more appealable than the Green ICM, the Snow Patch for example?
