For the first time in ages I wanted to play RCT but when I try to play it I get this:



Does anyone know how I can fix it? It is the original RCT.

Also, I was thinking of getting RCT3 is that and the original similar in the way things work?

This has happened on many other games for me, it always turns out you need Windows 98 intead of XP etc, vice versa.

There is a new pack coming out costing £30 with roller coaster 2&3 with all 4 expansions

go into ur program files>hasbro>then right click on it then click compatablility then windows 98

Yeh, when I had RCT I had that problem As someone above said put it to compatibiltity (Cant remember name :rolleyes: ) I got RCT 2 & 3 But Number 1 still is the best in my opinion x]

If you've downloaded any tracks or add ons for it then delete them, it will work then

try reinstalling it.
Also i would say RCT3 is the best if you get the expansion packs =]
If non eof what people have said here works then try asking at some RCT fan sites like:
www.rctmart.com
or you can ask at the atari forums (www.ataricommunity.com) they only made RCT3 but theres a part for RCT1 i think.
