Hobbas banning without good reason

Hi, a good friend of mine has been banned for teaching people how to use hacking programs, lol. The funny thing is she is in my IT class at school and she can't even use a word processor properly. The truth of it all is she was asked by someone on habbo, (can't mention any names) for 2 thrones, he made up some excuse for asking and when she said no he told her she would regret it, 5 minutes latter someone was trashing her room, a couple of hours latter she was banned by a hobba, now i and most other people no that this young lad has a lot of hobba friends in the hotel, fair i think not. Oh well such is life. But my question is can hobbas give perm bans
