If your going to have a real shot at a forum of any sort,
I recommend:
- A proper domain (.com/.co.uk/.net etc)
- Don't use free forums, buy one, i.e. vbulletin or phpbb
If you can't afford a forum, save up. You won't get many visits on a free one without a proper domain
