How do you become a good successful Mafia owner?

Look at like Mayhem Mafia by Senors. There awesome. Its like they have the rares, the layout cool, the People, the management. How does he do that? And how does he make more people come back for jobs? Like How do u become sucessful? How do u manage to pay your workers? Any advice will help

Well you need to get your room on the list by inviting and making you friends invite, then I suppose you'll need somebody to work there so make a sticky telling habbos what they have to do for a job, if you want to get more workers you'll need to pay them so tell them when they get payed and what they get payed.
