depends what you're into.

mafias
trade rooms
pokemon rooms [lol :rolleyes:]
theme rooms [ftw]
chill / club rooms

personally i'd go into theme room making if you have that much to spend, make a few, spend a lot of time on them, make them really detailed, you can sell them for a hell of a lot more than you paid. oh and original idea's is a must.
