sore Feet

When i put my feet into certain positions i get a real bad pain in the middle of my foot .. What is it ?

Ah I get that it's nothing abnormal. BUT I do have something wrong with my feet - I have this bone protruding from the inside of my foot and so I have to have these things in my shoes. If you have flat feet or something go see a GP and the will refer you to the podiatorist (sp?).

Cramp possibly? Happens to me sometimes if I curl my feet up.

Probably because your feet aren't used to go into that position, or aren't meant to. :p

I get bad cramp when I point my toes because I rarely do it.
