Many people say you can charge when potted , but if the pot goes below 80 the charge affect goes. It doesnt , i hit 22 30 and 27 on 79 mage and 76 when icharge , heres proof:-

Yeh ive never heard anyone say that the effect goes when your mage lvl goes below 80.
