Yes because why would you have to go through pages and pages?? Mostly you will just have one main page with either and iframe in the middle or using phplinks So please tell us how its done..

www.ross.webmanage.org/Index.htm is the URL the nav is meesed up atm so dont worry, just click on the top option then go 2 home and u will see what happens... (it will open in the iframe and i want it 2 open in a new page) but no targetting as such just 2 kinda open the home again in the full screen and not in the iframe if u get me :-z

In all of it but It works on Ie and I know your problem. Firsly take the iframe you want your link to go to and add name= and give it a name then go to the link and put say target="the name you gave the iframe" also for the home link make the target="top"
