    Default Dowie Leaves Charlton

    Shocker

They've started bad, but it can only go down from here.

Charlton Athletic have parted company with manager Iain Dowie following their poor start to the season.
The former Crystal Palace chief leaves the Premiership's basement club despite having only joined them in the summer as Alan Curbishley's successor.
Dowie oversaw just 15 games at the helm but having garnered just two league victories he has paid the price, despite the fact he has guided The Addicks to the Carling Cup quarter final.
Charlton have confirmed that they will issue a full statement on Tuesday morning.

Too soon me thinks, I would have left it until after the Christmas games to see how things panned out. Depending on who they bring in I reckon they will get relegated.

Wonder where he will be next? Or who there next manager will be?

It would be good for them if Curbs returned but that is very doubtful...
