Fire Drills

How many fire drills have you had at school?
I've had one and it was during my I.T class. Also does your school's alarm sound annoying?

When i was at school i had about 7 fire drills.. And they always choose to do them in the winter for some reason when it's cold. And they tell ya not to waste time getting your stuff, like coats.

We hardly ever do one.
Normally when the fire alarm goes off, its somebody playing a prank anyway.
And yes, its very annoying.

the fire alarm and my school sounds like a monkey..
anyway in year 7 it went of loads.. sometimes three times in one day..
year 8 went of a few times..
year 9.. drill at start of the year.. then they told us to ignore the fire alarm and not evacuate unless it goes off for longer than 20 seconds..
and we havnt had a fire drill in over a year lol.. well wen it gets set off, the headteacher turns the alarm off before even checking if there was a fire, bit dangerous really, o well..

Normally once a year we have practice but before I broke up for half term in October my friend set it off by accident it was hilarious.

There's not point having a fire drill at my school because chavs set it off all the time anyway. We had one day where the alarm was set off over 10 times in one day (i lost count). They had to get this guy to turn it off whenever someone set it off.

Seems like millions, went off 3 times in one day a few times.

The situation has got so bad that they are having to get the prefects to stand guard in front of the fire alarms lol

we have this new building at school and we were in I.T and there was this noise it sounded like a phone and every1 was like ooer wats that. The teacher didnt even no, so she goes 1 min goes out the class nd comes bak in with her coat scarf handbag nd gloves on and tells us to go outside and leave everything behind. So we all had to stand outside in the pouring rain for half an hour because of a stupid firedrill that was set of accidently by a builder.

I can remember from my school days in 2005, it was set off so much, 7 times in one day i remember, the fire brigade are dialed automatically each time, we spent ages outside waiting.

So annoying during exam time. Ours sounds like a siren, and some of the seperate buildings have sounders that sound like a fire engine horn siren, lmao
