I recently sold off one of my small start up hosting companies. It had quite an original layout that I designed with it. The buyer didn't want it so I thought I might aswell make a little money from it.
I have a buyer for it at the moment, but I am not 100% sure that I trust him and that he will go through and complete the deal, he has offered and closed a deal at £50 for the layout and £25 for some other coding and customization.

If you are interested, and can match his offer of £75 in total, then please contact me. If you are interested and can complete the deal quickly, I am willing to negotiate the price.
I am not asking for £75 for just the layout. For that I will code it in PHP, giving you easy customization of the whole site and a navigation like /?page=home, (page could equal whatever you wanted and the word before it could be whatever you want such as /?bob=page!)

puertorica,colombia,venezuela,honduras,guyana and still, guatamala,bolivia then argentina and ecuador,chile,brazil.
costarica,belize,nicaragua,bermuda,bahamas,tobago, sanjuan,paraguary,uruguay,suriname,frenchguiana,ba rbados and guan.
norway and sweden and iceland and finland and germany now one piece, switzerland,austrira,czechoslovakia,italy,turkey and greece.
