30HCs (5 times)
30.5HCs (1 time)
Should stay or raise till 29.5, must it will probably not go over 30.

Green BB:
8HCs (4 times)
8HCs is the correct price, staying.

Silver BB:
10HCs (2 times)
10.5HCs (1 time)
It should stay at 10HCs atm.

Snowglobe:
2HCs (3 times)
2.5HCs (6 times)
3HCs (1 time)
Should raise because christmas is coming, probably won't get more than 3HCs/per.

Lapland Greetings:
3HCs (1 time)
3.5HCs (3 times)
4HCs (1 time)
Shold stay at 3.5 for now, may raise up to 4HCs.)

Petal Patch:
4HCs (11 times)
4.25HCs each if whole floor (1 time)
Should stay at 4HCs unless buying as bulk (whole floor), may fall a bit when snow patches come out because people might use snow patches instead of petals.

Red/Blue Ambers:
3HCs (8 times)
Both have a stable price at 3HCs/per, staying.

Throne Sofa:
2HCs (3 times)
1.5HCs (2 times)
MIGHT fall only a bit more, should not fall more than 1.5HCs.

Silver Nelly:
6HCs (3 times)
5HCs (0 time)
I find it EXTREMELY hard to find someone to sell this for 5HCs, I am pretty sure that most people sell them for 6HCs now, raising to 6HCs.
