It will invovle people delvolping how to solve probelms etc
but if possible i would like to know how to setup a wiki script

isnt this a bit pointless when Microsoft have their own professionally made and run troubleshooting sites?

Yeah but the microsoft sites hardly ever help and you can never find the answer you want this site the client will ask how to solve and problem we will reply with the answer
