    Question Need a Healthy diet

    Most people think that they have a problem because they eat too much. Well my problem is the complete opposite - APPARANTLY i dont eat enough:rolleyes: . Only recently iv noticed that i'm not quite as muscly as some of my friends, and that my eating habits might haved caused me being slightly small for my age
    But i would like to get it sorted and work myself into a good healthy lifestyle, so i'l need a bit of help! A good diet plan would be veyr helpful. Maybe even an exercise plan, because i don't do any exercise atm (Lazy meh ).

    So...Im the exact same! All you have to do is eat bigger portions [and miss out the salty and fatty stuff] Eat cakes etc. Ive been doing this for 5 months and gained stone. You can turn that fat into muscle too. Its hard at first breaking the habit of eating little but then you gain an apitete. Hope it helps ;]

    Uh, eating cakes isn't the best solution to gaining weight. Unless you don't really care about gaining weight the unhealthy way.

    Just increase your normal 2k-calorie diet to at least a 100. Working out is also good. You'll lose body fat and start gaining muscle mass.
