i have read through the tutorials for installing MODs, but its just jibberish to me to be honest.
the MODs i have downloaded are for a phpbb forum, the 2 MODs are:
- admin userlist - which allows the admins to view an entire list of the members
- custom disable board message
there were no txt files in the folders once i had extracted them, this is what is confusing me, and i really need some help installing them

if possible explain it in basic english lol
