Thanks guys, I'll use the snow glob idea soon.

The menu is a javascript menu, and its really complicated to position, you have to position it in a seperate file, and use a php include to place it on the page, so you cant actually see where its going to be when your designing. :S

I made the header and the background image in photoshop.

The header image and php include for the menu is kept in a different file to say home.php, and i use a php include to get the header on the page of home.php.
I dont know why i did it, but its cool anyway I guess it means I can change the header by just changing one file.
