You can't talk.

The hair really needs redoing, more shading an perhaps interesting details on the clothes.
Recolour the boots because at the moment 70% of the boots and part of the leg are all the same black colour.

Very good, but the hair is way too boffy for count dooku.
You need to thin out the fringe, then repost.
