Help On Expanding Sides!

Rite, I need this layout coded with an expandable side because i can code it and put in the expandable iframe but then it will crack (i think)

so how do u make the sides expand/stretch, whatever u wanna say!
or could someone do it for me

Dont use iframes use divs or tables.

iframes are the best for this site (i think?)

and divs n tables isnt that just for like layout coding and not the content side of things?
