How pointless is this news?
It's probably been the same colour for the whole time, and you just think it's changed? If you could prove it then it would be a different story.

Even if it has all you have to do is in PHP flood fill it with cream then make the cream color transparent

The Habbo Spotlight background is suuposed to represent a camera film as far as I can tell, therefore, it wouldn't be white would it?
Also, if it was white you wouldn't be able to see it as the text area bg colour is white. Bint. (btw Mod, look up that word before you infract me).
