Need A Layout Coded!

Hello
I need a layout coded! I would do it my self but i have GCSE Mocks and i am revising. There will be a payment but none via paypal.

Payment:
1 Year 5GB Web Hosting
Plus a free domain when i get some spare cash [start of next month or half way through].

Layout:
It must be coded in CSS and Divs. I will not select it if its done in Tables.
Don't add a Iframe in the center because i am going to do PHP nav and include [i can do that my self!]
