What exactly is the problem, and the link to the script.

The OH"Usersystem" as some like to call it is a complete disaster.
I have been unable to upgrade to version 5.0 as "xRoyal15" refuses to answer my PM's or my MSM messages.
The support is a shambles as the support ticket system doesn't work or he just generally can't be bothered to answer tickets.
If you want my advice, go for another usersystem as this one is shambles and a security risk.
