    How Much Will I Lose a Week? Im 11 Stone 165 Cm Tall
    Breakfast > Bran Flakes
    School > Bottle of Water
    Home > Water And An Orange lool
    Dinner > W/e ma dad makes
    After > Fruit
    Excercise: 100 CAL Loss On My Mini Steppe
    Can anyone estimate how much ill lose a week pls? Jus a rough estimate Ty

    No lunch? That can be worse for you.

    I quess about 3-5 pounds a week

    i see your following the diet i posted beware i did say eat furit or ceareal bars at any time you feel hungry and drink water any time your thristy dont starve yourself you will get migraines or head aches or even worse become aneroxic

    Like Ross said, dont take the diet to extreme.
    Anorexia could follow.
    Make sure you get enough vitimans and all that stuff.

    You should loose quite alot, but a balanced 3 meals per day diet could work aswell, with exercising and some snacks. Lunch.. id have a salad sandwich. ;]

    hmm... i'm 12 stone, but thats maybe because of my build and size... i live a healthy life, i also do football alot, now i'm at Juventus football club academy.

    Seems like you're not eating much. If you're doing a crash-diet where you hardly eat anything, it won't do you good. Sure, you'll lose a pound or so. But once you start going back to your usual diet, you'll gain all of them back. Possibly even more because you'll tend to overeat.

    I suggest just eating healthier and working out.

    Im sticking with the diet above, Plus ill eat a cereal bar at school =] More estimates pls on how much ill lose a week. I am not starving myself ;]
