    Default Hmm

I'm not too concerned about my weight, it's the minerals etc I miss out on.

I hate fruit, the only one I like is the apple, and I barely eat it.

I don't eat that much healthy food, but the only healthy thing I like to eat is a nice ol' salad, but my parants never make that anymore. They make beef casserole etc.

I've just started having two cheese sandwiches a day at lunch, because I used to starve myself all day. However, I'm going to ask my mum if she could make me salad sandwiches instead.

I walk to school every school day, but my legs don't seem to be getting any thinnir?

Could anybody help me out as to how I could lose some weight and actually be skinny? I also need help with the minerals etc.

    Thanks!

    xx

Working out. Walking is a good start but you'll have to eventually start jogging and running for a period of time. How far is your school from your house? If it's less than a mile, don't count on getting "skinnier" legs anytime soon.

You'll have to start eating healthier also if you want to become lean. You can't acquire the vitamins and minerals you would get in fruits and vegetables in cheese sandwiches.
