Cutenews Help!

I didn't know where to post this

Okay i've had cutenews before... and i'm trying to get it again. I CAN'T remember how to do it! If anyone knows any good tutorials .... or a simple way to tell me... it would be great!

also:

I've been skimming through tutorials and they all say something about FTP manager... i've never worked with an FTP manager before? and i had cutenews?
