Ok, how do you change the colour of moderators? (like the writing)

And how do make them, do u just make a rank called moderator then make it special. then just add him/her to a forum?

Ok go to.. The admin panel and then usergrounps and make a moderator group. Then go User Groups and Permissions and give that group permissions to all forums. That will mean they will moderate them all! To add someone go to the homepage and click usergroups and aslong as you are logged in as an admin you can add people

you need to add a name legend thing to it, difficult. Somtimes it auto happenes.
