Just a suggestion:

Why dont you stick your welcome post in the Introductions forum because it looks abit un professional seeing you replying with the same thing in every post.

It will also save you a lot of time; you are always complaining you are busy.

1. I have NEVER complained I am busy so dont make stuff up.

2. Just like everyone else says "hi", I give more detail that can be some use to people. If I was admin or not, I would still do it - nothing to do with my job .

3. You dont need to read it every time, only the new people need to read it and only read it once .
