For combat, is there a special way to level each skill, to make it faster?

My current combat skills:

attk: 56
str: 57
def:47.
combat:66

Which way do you think i should level up, and on what? =]

Train attack to lvl 3 then Def to level 5 then str to level 10

or something like that pls =]

Get them all to 60, then 65, then 70 and so on?

But try and get everything to 60 and then atk to 70 to get a Whip. ;]

Getting higher strength will make you hit higher which gets more XP
but attack hits more often
and defence get that up last.

Taa. =] thats what i wasnt sure of.. i think my plan shall be get to 60 attk, then Weild the Dragon skimmy which has been in my bank for EVER, then attk to 60.. then def to 50.
