Well if you mean where to train i would say
RockCrabs are easily the best for you when you get better experiments. Rockcrabs are in relleka just north of it

Will do

Rock crabs 'till about 60 attack, strength and defence, then try out Experiments, they're better than Rock Crabs and give more XP.

Train at rock crabs North of Relekka or train at pest control.
