You will need to contact your manager, or perhaps even Smiddy1234, and they will sort it for you. What often happens when VIP is set up on an account is that permissions get mucked up, this is what will have happened.

I believe the Rare Values manager is Mit, his assistant Manager is -:undertaker:-
Smiddy is the one that sorts out staff permissions as far as I am aware, he is also Assistant Site Manager for Rare Values, so he is directly involved with your department.
