Go to the navbar template and put this in
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="URL HERE$session[sessionurl_q]">Buy VIP</a></td>
Under
<td class="vbmenu_control"><a href="calendar.php$session[sessionurl_q]">$vbphrase[calendar]</a></td>
