    i was just wondering how long it takes you to reply to an email.
    i sent one earlier via the contact thing.
    & i havent recieved a reply, its been hours.
    it never use to take this long..

    Jin does check them daily, I asked him myself.

    Usually replies are sent within 24 hours but sometimes it is longer if many emails have been sent.

    Yeah also depends what type of emails are sent. Ban appeals take longer than simple questions such as "where do i register" .

    They are ussually fast.
    Becausseee this one time, when I was a super moderator I banned someone for bullying [1 week] that person then sent abusive messages using the contact us form and ended up getting a perm ban just after I'd banned him [within hours]
