    Your paying people to mod on a FREE forum lol, the forum is not very good anyway, you have 600+ members but only about 170 posts, the affiliates just scroll across the bottom, when you could have an affiliates system or affiliates box atleast, the member colours look rubbish because you have that bur effect on them, and theres lots more that could be improved.
