Yeah i like the stuff thats been put into it .. i just hate the bit where you come off one account and go onto another then when it comes to hotel view it doesnt log you in .. do you find that extremley annoying? i do.

v11 is really crap, the hotel keeps lagging, and everything.
I think someone said they're going to v12 soon because v11 was so crap?

Tbh alot of you complain. Remember when we didn't have V11 yet? All of you were practically begging for it to arrive, and when it did, you simply complained more. And now you want V12, I bet when it arrives everyone will complain even more.
I'd say V11 is quite good, one of its good points being snowstorm. But of course, yes, it's true that it has its bad points.
