When your online the little dot flashes green next to your name rite?
Well mine was flashing red and i have never seen this before, does this meen i have been a bod boy or something or it it becasue its my account?

It means your set to invisible, so no-one can see your online.
Change it in your user cp.

Green = Visable to all users.
Red = Invisable to normal users admins and managers can still see you though
