    Default Getting stupid

Why do you get infractions for saying things like stupid, idiot, moron etc?

If you dont want those words being used filter it fgs

You never used to get infractions for using those words, micky.blue.eyes even infractions u for using the word n00b

It's just getting stupid, sierk is trying to make habbox less strict by getting rid of some rules but now some mods are getting even more powermad

Omg I just relised I said stupid in the thread title!! plz dont infraction me

Also if you're one of the mods that think saying stupid, idiot, moron or n00b is rude then please use the search and infract everyone that has used the word

You don't get infractioned for using the word idiot or moron, but for being rude to others. So if you use the words without being rude to any forum members it should be ok.

Something like "You idiot!" is not allowed. Something like "my stupid idiotic pc is going slow" is allowed .

You were given it because you were rude to another member.

Yeh as MAD said diss objects but not people. Or it's best not to diss/swear at all.

Wrong about the content of both infractions I'm afraid and both have been answered and explained more than once in the infraction complaints section. You can always use the contact form at the bottom of the forum if you want them reviewed again. Thx

As above has been said, its not what you say but how you say it. Its the context of how you're saying it.

Better watch out, asking someone a question in a sarcastic manner will result in an infraction. Someone please tell me the aim behind the rules that reside here. I get it, to an extent. But I think even the average eight year old would curse more casually and consistently than the teeanagers that use this forum. It isn't a preschool, so why are the rules so damn degrading? I find it really difficult to speak my mind without expressing myself with this supposed negative sarcastic behaviour, but in reality it's kind of taking everyones freedom away. No-one can really be themselves due to constant fear of getting warnings the moment they supposedly speak out of line.

    Habbox needs to grow up.
