For the fastest or very fast exp do shilo village quest and 20k feathers and fly fish at shilo bank them and cook them later for decent cooking exp too.

Id say fly fishing is the fastest, i fly fished for a bit at seers just a bit up behind bank on your way to rellika theres a lake to fish from and seers bank not far away. gl with fishing.
