Layouts:
Beginner (Simple): £1.00 - £3.00
Amatuer (Basic): £1.50 - £3.50
Clean: £2.00 - £5.00
Pro (Sometimes lol): £4.00 - £10.00 (Probs wont be over £8.50 or £7 but hey)

PHP:
Beginner (Simple): £1.50 - £3.00
Amatuer (Basic): £2.00 - £4.00
Clean Coding (Some using functions): £3.00 - £7.00
Pro (Sometimes lol, easy to use, maybe some ajax.): £4.00 - £10.00 (Probs wont be over £8.50 or £7 but hey)


Deals:

Any Layout (Between Beginner and Clean) CODED + Any PHP Script (Between Beginner and Clean Coding at min costs) = £10.00

And all PHP scripts will be intergrated into your layout once made, and coding is £1.00 for expandable tables, or you can get it from somewhere else.
