    Right im the owner of www.DJs-City.com we are currently looking for a Designer who Can:

    Design a Non-Habbo DJ layout
    Code: IN Html - PHP - Flash
    And who can add iframes

    How much do you charge for a fully customisable flash layout?

    Also, do you have some kind of price plan?

    Joe doesnt do flash layouts but i can add flash to it for free
    oh djs city if its in flash it doesnt hav iframes lol
