    Default You Cannot Blame

I have to write a short persuasive arguement for English. I chose the topic of the point of blame by society. Just wanted to know what you guys thought of it :

Broken and collapsed are we living in a one man society? As we casually watch a man kill another and not affected by it due to the fact that it's not our own life being unwillfully taken.

From the moment we can understand moral we are taught to treat one fairly, yet we merely flinch at the sight of another murder, brutal death or collaberation of devastation that rocks our world. Has it grown upon us? Is a corrupted society a casual one or is it one we enforce?

Is it a simple lust? Most say they would never kill a man but simply smile at the sight of it being acted out. A sick fetish almost watching people being slaughtered. Since when did we turn to the theatre for a sense of things right in this world?

This is a one man society because one man makes a decision. No matter how you look at it, you are responsible for your own actions, nothing else. Not a indivisible soul can counter-act your adjudmentations or the way you abide by them. Only you can.

With a gun to your head, you are still in complete control of what will happen. Will you die? or will you apply with your attacker? It is still your decision and your own consiquences judged upon that whether it were a good one for yourself, or in the eyes of others, even be it that you were the one holding the gun.

You cannot blame anybody but yourself for your aberrations. Whether it be your success or misery you are responsible for your approval to get yourself there. People can alter your thoughts, but not your decision. That is alternatively and always will be your own outcome to make.

That's a really good essay. It is very brief though, if I were you I would put some real life situations in it.

To get past a certain level you must relate to evidence that backs up your points. '...yet we merely flinch at the sight of another murder. For example, the media portrays murder and crime as somewhat an everyday occurance. They are protecting us from the true truth that lies behind the matter.'
