Design Probs in IE but not Firefox...

Hello,

I have a top bar header type thing lol and it is set to 100% Width, Now it doesn't work in IE but does in Firefox.

Firefox works:

IE Doesn't:

Here is the CSS Code:

Any help, Now I know why most webdesigners dont like people who use IE!!
